Morbius Post-Credit Scenes Explained (The Best We Can Do)

Like the way Sony Pictures decided to do a week before the movie’s release, we’re talking spoilers for Morbius less! As with all Marvel movies, the new Sony Pictures movie Morbius He has a couple of post-credit scenes that set up what could potentially be next for the movie franchise, but frankly what happens during the Morbius credits is…kind of confusing, and pretty weird too. As you might have guessed from his appearance in the trailer, Michael Keaton returns as Marvel villain Adrian Toomes aka Vulture in the movie, but tragically, all of his scenes are limited after the credits are out. Let’s discuss below.

The first post-credit scenes return for an epilogue Spider-Man: There is no room for home, demonstrating that familiar rift across the sky which (in that movie) signifies the instability of the multiverse. He appeared in this movie when he showed that all the people who knew Spider-Man as Peter Parker were converging in the MCU, but they are all locked up when Doctor Strange’s “Forget Peter Parker” spell is cast. what Morbius What happened next is that Toomes moved from the MCU to the separate Sony universe, presumably around the same time that Venom was back in the same spot. Still standing in his prison cell, Toomes makes an eloquent remark “I wish the food was better at this joint,” before beginning the sequence indicating that he’ll be free soon since there’s no record of him in this universe.

After this, the second scene begins and begins with a surprising moment, Jared Leto Morbius driving a car on the road in the middle of the night (he had never driven a car in the movie before that). He eventually stops his car and gets out, greeted by the sounds of what sounds like a passing jetliner but is revealed to be Adrian Toms in an eagle costume. Toomes makes a note about being unsure of how he got here, in the sense of this universe, but thinks it has something to do with Spider-Man. Then he told Morbius his idea that they should collaborate with like-minded individuals, which Morbius says seems like a good idea.

How did Adrian Toomes get the eagle costume in an alternate universe? How did he and Morbius first arrive? Which Spider-Man is the Spider-Man of this universe? Who else will be in the Sinister Six that this credit scene seems to be teasing? We have no idea, and we may never know. Morbius Now playing in theaters.
